Cancelation & No Show Policy

At Brannata Dermatology, our goal is to provide timely and personalized care to every patient. To help us do that, we ask that all appointment changes be made in a considerate and timely manner.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient who may be waiting to be seen.

If you cancel within 24 hours or no show your appointment, a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file.

We understand that unexpected events and true emergencies happen. In those rare instances, the cancellation fee may be partially or fully waived at our discretion. For cancellations of this nature, we may apply the fee to the next appointment. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all of our patients.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you that day. This ensures we stay on time for all patients and maintain the quality of care. If we are unable to see you, the late cancellation fee may apply.
